1 – MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD – The minimum rental period is one day (24 hours). Each extra day hour will be charged on ¼ of the daily rate.

2 – DRIVERS’ AGE – Minimum 23 years old.

3 – DRIVING LICENCE – It is compulsory the presentation of Driving Licence, valid in Portugal. The driving licence having been issued over 2 years ago.

4 – RATES NOT INCLUDE – Fuel, parking, washing, and trafic fines.

5 – INSURANCE – The rates include Unlimited Liability Insurance. However, in case of any accident not liable to be imputed to a third party, the Client is responsible for any damages caused to TURVELA vehicle up to the value: (see table I/S). This responsability can be reduced to a minimum of (see table I/S) throught the payment of an reduced to a minimum of (see table I/S) through the payement an additional charge (CDW) or eliminated (minimum 3 days) (Super CDW). (see table I/S).

IF THE CAR DO NOT BE RETORNED ON THE PREVIEW DATE, WHITHOUT AUTORIZATION, THE INSURANCE WILL BE CANCELED.

6 – PAYEMENT/GARANTEE’S DEPOSIT – The rental fee must be paid in advance. Deposits are only accepted through credits cards, after approuvement of the transaction by the issuing authority.

7 – DAMAGES – All damages and losses caused to Turvela’s vehicles due to carelessness, vandalism or undue use, will be considered the client’s responsability, and thus the costs involved must be settled by the client, as they are not covered by insurence.

8 – TRAVEL ABROED – Rental vehicles are not authorised to travel abroad, whithout the express whriten authorisation from TURVELA.

9 – ADDITIONAL DRIVER – 20,83 € (25,00 €) for every additional driver mentioned in the car hire contract.

10 - DELIVERIES AND COLLECTIONS - Dropp off charge may be charged per rental terminating outside the original station.

11 – TAX – Rates are subject to a 20% (IVA).
